Key Civil was founded by Frank Vardaro, A business focused and resourceful professional, offering 40+ years’ experience in all aspects of Civil Construction. Frank has a record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar projects within the Government, Private & Mining sectors. Frank Vardaro has 30+ years’ experience in a Managing Directors capacity where he employed 200+ staff.

Backed with strong credentials and a history of delivering high quality projects on-time, on budget and to the highest standard Frank and the Key Civil team will add value to your project.

RECENT PROJECTS

More recently Key Civil has been engaged by various Shires across the Wheatbelt including the shires of Kulin, Kondinin and Dumbleyung completing culvert installations and minor works. Key Civil has also completed major works for MGM Group in both there Picton and Port Hedland facilities, as well as major works for J & P Group at their Glendale Estate.
